Rev Racing Gears Up for 2025 ARCA Menards Series Opener at Daytona with Lavar Scott February 12th, 2025
Concord, NC – Rev Racing is set to kick off the 2025 ARCA Menards Series (AMS) season at Daytona International Speedway (DIS), fielding Lavar Scott in the anticipated Daytona ARCA 200. Scott will pilot the No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet as he enters his fifth season with Rev Racing and his second full-time campaign in the AMS.

Coming off an impressive 2024 season, Scott secured a runner-up finish in the AMS championship standings and earned the 2024 Rookie of the Year title. Scott is no stranger to the AMS season opener, having competed in the event twice before. In 2023, he finished fourth and in 2024, Scott was once again a frontrunner, charging through the field from the back before a last-lap incident. Reflecting on last year’s performance, Scott remains confident heading into the 2025 season.
“Last season, we were competitive and had a real shot at winning here in Daytona,” said Scott. “The entire team and I are focused on starting this season strong and building momentum. We came so close to a win last year; it would be even sweeter to earn my first career victory at such a historic track.”
Scott’s 2025 AMS campaign will be led by crew chief Glenn Parker, who guided Andres Perez to the 2024 AMS championship. Parker brings a wealth of experience to the No. 6 team.
“Lavar is a talented driver, and I am ready to get to work this season,” said Parker. “The entire team learned invaluable lessons last year that are going to carry over and we plan to be competitive.”
Scott and the No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet will take to the track for practice on Thursday, February 13th, at 4:05 PM ET, followed by qualifying on Friday, February 14th, at 1:30 PM ET. The 80-lap, 200-mile Daytona ARCA 200 is set to go green on Saturday, February 15th, at 12:00 PM ET. The event is part of an action-packed weekend featuring all three national NASCAR series and will be broadcast live on FS1, MRN, and Rev Racing’s social media channels.
