Rev Racing to Compete at Salem Speedway

Concord, NC – Rev Racing’s Andres Perez de Lara and Lavar Scott are to compete in the Salem ARCA 200. The 11th event of the season is scheduled for this Saturday, July 27th, at Salem Speedway.

Perez is coming off his season-best finish after securing P.2, seizing the position in the last restart of the race, at Indianapolis Raceway Park(IRP). Perez continues to lead the field in the ARCA point standings and is looking to solidify his position with a win.

Piloting the No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet, Perez competed at Salem Speedway last season in the 2023 ARCA Menards Series (AMS). Last season, Perez qualified 5th and finished 2nd. “We are consistent and getting closer to winning,” said Perez. “At IRP we had our best finish this season and last year we had a good showing at Salem. I’m confident we have a win coming for the No.2 team.”

Scott is also coming off an impressive showing at IRP. Scott qualified second and led the first 40 laps of the race, ultimately finishing 4th. This will be Scott’s first visit to Salem Speedway and after his showing at IRP, remains just 1 point from placing the No.6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet 2nd in the standings, just behind his Rev Racing teammate.

“We’ve had a good couple of weeks,” said Scott. “I secured a career-best finish and then led 40 laps last week at IRP. I am ready to race on a new short track and continue to push until we have both Rev entries at the top of the standings.”

The Salem ARCA 200 is scheduled for this Saturday, July 27th. Practice is set for 3:45 PM ET followed by qualifying at 5:15 PM ET. The start of the 200-lap race will be at 8:10 PM ET. The event will be live on FS1, MRN, and Rev Racing’s social media channels.

Concord, NC – Rev Racing’s Andres Perez De Lara and Lavar Scott are to compete in the Circle City 200, the 10th event of the ARCA Menards Series (AMS) 2024 season, scheduled for this Friday, July 19th at the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park(IRP).

Perez currently maintains his position at the top of the AMS point standings, having finished in the top 5 at Berlin Raceway. Currently leading by 40 points, Perez is looking to further solidly his lead and secure himself in championship contention with a win. Piloting the No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet, Perez achieved an 8th-place finish last season at IRP.

“We continue to compete up front,” said Perez. “This weekend we want to qualify in front of the field and stay there. This year we have come close to a win multiple times and I hope to finally secure it here at IRP.”

Scott, in his inaugural national AMS season, is coming off a career-best finish of 2nd at Berlin Raceway. Last season, Scott competed at IRP in the AMS East and was able to finish within the top 5. After his showing at Berlin Raceway, Scott is now just 6 points away from placing the No.6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet 2nd in the standings, just behind his Rev Racing teammate.

“Last week I had my career-best finish in the AMS,” said Scott. “We came close to a win, and I am ready to be back at IRP with Rev. I am confident we will be able to showcase our skill and finally put both Rev entries in the top 2.”

The Circle City 200 is a companion race with the AMS East and will be followed by the top three national series.  The event is set to begin on Friday, July 19th, at 5:30 PM ET following practice at 1:30 PM ET and qualifying at 2:30 PM ET. Covering 200 laps of short-track racing, the event will be broadcast live on FS1, MRN, and Rev Racing’s social media channels.

Concord, NC- Nick Sanchez and Rev Racing are set to return to the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park(IRP). The No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet will compete in the Tsport 200 this Friday, July 19th. Sanchez is currently 3rd in the NCTS standings, 113 points behind the leader.

Last week, Sanchez started in the 9th position at Pocono Raceway and ultimately finished 13th after multiple interruptions from weather. Sanchez has competed at IRP twice before, once in the 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) finishing 11th, and once in the 2022 ARCA Menards Series finishing 7th

“Last week our showing wasn’t as good as I would have liked after the weather and some late race incidents didn’t play in our favor,” said Sanchez. “However, this week we are back to a shorter track, and I am ready to continue to showcase our skills and talent. I know the Rev Racing crew will deliver a fast No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet and we will continue to compete up front.” 

The Tsport 200 weekend will feature all top three national series along with the ARCA Menards and ARCA Menards East series. Practice for the NCTS is set for 3:30 PM ET followed by qualifying at 4:05 PM ET. The start of the 200-lap/137-mile race is set for 8:30 PM ET. Rev Racing and Nick Sanchez Return to Pocono Raceway

Concord, NC- Nick Sanchez and Rev Racing are set to return to Pocono Raceway in the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS). The No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet will compete in the CRC Brakleen 175 on Friday, July 12th. Sanchez is currently 3rd in the NCTS standings, just 89 points behind the leader, and is eager to close the gap at Pocono.

In the last NCTS event, at Nashville Superspeedway, Sanchez had to begin from the rear of the field due to a spin during qualifying that resulted in the use of a backup truck for the race. Sanchez navigated through the field and ultimately secured a 13th-place finish.

Sanchez has competed at Pocono Raceway across two different series. In 2021, Sanchez was able to secure a 4th place finish in the ARCA Menards Series (AMS), and in 2022 was able to secure 2nd in the AMS. Last season in the NCTS, Sanchez started on the pole. Unfortunately, a late race crash resulted in Sanchez finishing 19th.

“We’re ready to be back on the track, “said Sanchez. “It’s no secret that we have performed well on superspeedways, and I have history here at Pocono. Our strategy is to qualify up front again and stay there. We want to bridge the gap in the standings.”

With 2 pole starts and 2 wins this season, Sanchez hopes to continue to showcase the No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet in victory lane. The CRC Brakleen 175 weekend will feature all three top national series competing at Pocono Raceway. Practice for the NCTS is scheduled for 2:00 PM ET followed by qualifying at 2:30 PM ET on July 12th. The green flag will wave at 5:30 PM ET marking the beginning of 175 miles of competition. Concord, NC– Rev Racing is scheduled to return to Tri-County Motor Speedway (TCMS) on Saturday, July 6th , 2024, fielding TJ DeCaire in the Pepsi Firecracker 400

Series/Race: NASCAR Advanced Auto Parts Weekly Series (NAAPS) 125 laps

Race day will begin with practice at 3:09 PM ET, followed by qualifying at 4:15 PM ET, leading up to the main event at 6:30 PM ET

No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet led by Director of Late Model Programming and Crew Chief John Carroll 

This will be DeCaire’s first visit to Tri-County Speedway with Rev Racing, although he has raced at the track once before in the CARS Tour, finishing P.2. “We are coming off of our first win this season at Southern National Motorsports Park,” said DeCaire. “I hope to continue showing our skill on a variety of tracks and race lengths. With this race being 125 laps, our goal is to stay disciplined and show our stamina.”
