Concord, NC – Rev Racing NASCAR Drive for Diversity Development Driver Nick Sanchez, driver of the No. 2 Max Siegel Incorporated Chevrolet will head to Winchester Speedway in search of his first win of the season.

Sanchez has only finished outside the top-five three times since his breakout race at Talladega in April. At his last ARCA short track race at Toledo, Sanchez tied his career-best finish of third. 96-points behind Ty Gibbs for the championship points lead, Sanchez has turned into one of four ARCA Menards Series championship contenders.

“We have really good momentum coming out of Iowa, finishing Top-5 there,” says Sanchez. “You know, even though it was a P5 finish, I think we had more to show than what we were able to. We have a fast car going into Winchester, and if we execute and fire on all cylinders, we will have a solid showing all 200 laps this Saturday. ”

One would think Sanchez is content with his impressive Top-5 streak, but Sanchez wants more.

“I will say, it is never bad to have a streak of Top-5s, but at the end of the day…stats are stats. People are probably going to remember the guy who wins more than the guy who has 6 Top-5s in a row. I think for me and my career, I just have to win. Top-5s aren’t enough to really perform and show my strengths to the whole industry. So I’m excited to go to Winchester and contend for a win.”

On July 31st, Nick Sanchez and Rev Racing will head back to the midwest to race at Winchester Speedway in the Calypso Lemonade 200. Qualifying will begin at  6 p.m. CT, followed by an autograph at 6:45 p.m. CT. The race will air on MAVTV and TrackPass on NBC Sports Gold beginning at 8 p.m. CT.

Concord, NC – Rev Racing NASCAR Drive for Diversity Development Drivers Nick Sanchez, driver of the No. 2 Max Siegel Incorporated Chevrolet, and Rajah Caruth, driver of the No. 6 NTI/UTI Chevrolet, will both head to Iowa Speedway for the first ARCA Menards Series/ARCA Menards Series East combination event of the season. This will also serve as a Sioux Chief Showdown points race as well for Sanchez.

Caruth, who is a full-time driver in the ARCA Menards Series East, and Sanchez, who drives full-time in the ARCA Menards Series, have never driven together in the same race. However, the duo’s chemistry off the track, in conjunction with direction for Rev Racing’s Director of Driver Development, has allowed them to prepare as teammates to race competitively together.

“It’s going to be really cool having Rajah as my teammate at Iowa! Even though I’ve been racing in ARCA a little longer than him, I’m always asking him questions and picking his brain a little bit just to prepare. Plus, having 2 cars on the track is great for Rev as a whole because we’ll be able to try new things, and see what works for both Raj and me at the same time. Overall, I am extremely excited!”

Caruth echoes the same feeling.

“I think our chemistry off the track will be helpful in the car because we both know each other’s driving styles, and know how to race around each other. It should be fun.”

Sanchez and Caruth are both enjoying solid rookie seasons in their respective series. Sanchez has only finished outside the top-five twice since his breakout race at Talladega in April, and in the last ARCA short track race at Toledo, Sanchez tied his career-best finish of third. Just 79-points behind points leader Corey Heim, Sanchez has turned into one of four ARCA Menards Series championship contenders.

Caruth currently has 2 Top-5’s and 3 Top-10’s on the season, and is only 47 points behind the points leader for the ARCA Menards Series East championship. Since finishing 11th at New Smyrna, Caruth has been showing major improvement with every race this season. He is looking to build on his last race, in which he scored a career-best finish of P3 at Southern National Motorsports Park.

As for the track itself, both are eager to take on the fast-paced 0.875-mile paved oval located in Newton, Iowa.

“My prep for Iowa has been similar to the prep I’ve done for the other ARCA races I’ve had this year,” says Caruth. “I’ve reached out to various drivers across the world of NASCAR for notes and tips and pointers about Iowa, and tried the best that I can to internalize all of that information. In addition, I’ve done a little bit of sim racing at home, but not too much.”

Sanchez shares the same sentiment.

“Yes [Raj] same with me, I’ve prepped for Iowa the same as I have every other race this year: studying film, asking my team questions and listening to their guidance, and practicing on iRacing a little bit. I’m excited to see what we can do together.”

On July 24th, Rajah Caruth, Nick Sanchez, and Rev Racing will head to America’s heartland to race at Iowa Speedway in the Shore Lunch 150. Qualifying will begin at  6 p.m. CT with the series first autograph session of the season at 6:45 p.m. CT. The race will air on MAVTV with a live stream available on TrackPass beginning at 8 p.m. CT.

Concord, NC
– Rev Racing NASCAR Drive for Diversity Development Driver Nick Sanchez, driver of the No. 2 Max Siegel Incorporated/ Chevrolet recorded his 4th Top-5 consecutive finish at Pocono Raceway, but is looking for more at Elko Speedway.

Sanchez has finished in the Top-5 four times in a row, and currently has 5 Top-5’s on the season. The ARCA Menards Series Rookie has turned his season around since finishing 31st and 21st in the first 2 races of the season, and is currently 4th in the ARCA Menards Series points standings—79 points behind the points leader.

“Pocono was a unique experience for us. We went in a little blind because we had never been there before. We qualified 6th and finished 4th, and avoided a big crash in the process. Honestly, 4th is a result I’m happy with, given the car we had. I think we got the most out of it.”

Going into Elko, Sanchez is feeling very optimistic about his chances of keeping his consistent streak going—and adding a future win to his season stats.

“Elko is also a track we are going into blind, because we have never been there before. But, having some more time in between Pocono and Elko, we have time to really fine-tune our car specifically for this track and develop a strategy on how we can put Max Siegel and this team in victory lane!”

Sanchez is Rev Racing’s most seasoned driver, in his fourth year as a participant in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program. This is his first year in the ARCA Menards Series, coming off a successful rookie campaign in the ARCA Menards Series East, where he finished 3rd in the point standings.

On July 10th, Sanchez and Rev Racing will head to plains of Minnesota to race at Elko Speedway in the Menards 250. The race will air on FS1 with a live stream available on Fox Sports Go beginning at 6 p.m. ET.
