Scott and Rogers Prepared for Let Freedom Race Night

 Concord, NC- Lavar Scott and Paige Rogers are headed to Florence Motor Speedway for a chance to showcase their skills and determination in the Let Freedom Race Night. The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Development Drivers will take to the track Saturday, July 1st, for their shot at victory lane.

After several weeks off, Rogers is returning to the Advanced Auto Parts Weekly Series in the No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet. While Rogers hasn’t been behind the wheel of a late model in a few weeks, she has been keeping sharp racing back home in Indiana.

During the ARCA Menards Series East (AMS East) break in the schedule, Rev saw the opportunity to keep Scott prepared and keen. Using the momentum from his finish in The Dutch Boy 150 at Flat Rock Speedway, and to gain additional seat time, Scott will get back behind the wheel of the No.4 Max Siegel Inc. late model Chevrolet. Scott has been busy preparing at the Rev Racing shop by strengthening his late model skills with sim time, conversations with mentors, and studying films from prior races.

The 1st round practice for late models is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM ET followed by the second round at 3:30 PM ET. Qualifying begins shortly after at 5:00 PM ET (groups of 3 for 3 laps)

Scott is carrying momentum after securing a career-best finish in the AMS East at Flat Rock Speedway. Scott was able to bring home P.2 at the track. “I’m thrilled to be returning to the late models during this break in the ARCA East series,” said Scott. “There’s something special about getting behind the wheel of a late model and experiencing the raw power and connection with the car and track.” Scott stated, “I am grateful for the opportunity to reignite the adrenaline I get from being behind the wheel of the No.4.”

Paige Rogers

Team: No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet with Director of Late Model Programming, Crew Chief John Carroll

After racing in Indiana, Rogers is prepared to get back behind the wheel of her No.2 Chevrolet. “After taking some time off, I am very excited to hop back behind the wheel of the No.2 late model stock car,” said Rogers. “In this off time, I have prepared by training on the sim and watching films. I feel very confident heading into this weekend as my team and I have both prepared very well for this event. I believe this weekend will be a tipping point in our season.”

Rev Racing prepared for the next rounds in The Summer Shootout

Just two weeks ago, the Summer Shootout in the US Legend Car Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway kicked off with excitement as the drivers took to the track for Rounds 1 and 2. In both rounds, our team of drivers showcased their skills and determination, resulting in impressive performances.

Image (1)Caleb Johnson brought home two top-10 finishes; Nathan Lyons brought home a 12th and 6th place finish; and Eloy Falcon a top-5 finish before finishing 14th in round 2. 

Due to weather advisories, rounds 3 and 4 of the Summer Shootout had to be canceled last week. But the anticipation for today’s doubleheader, encompassing both rounds, is sky-high. Our drivers are thrilled and well-prepared as the challenge of Charlotte Motor Speedway continues to develop their skills and push them toward the winner’s circle. They have been fine-tuning their techniques, analyzing the track, and strategizing their approach, all in pursuit of further success.

With their previous achievements in mind, our drivers enter today’s races with confidence and determination. They are eager to make up for the missed opportunity last week and continue to showcase their skills on the track. We do not doubt that they will give their absolute best in this doubleheader.

Campbell to race at Tri-County Speedway

Concord, NCJustin Campbell, a rising star in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Late Model Development Program, is headed to Tri-County Speedway, a change of scenery from the past few weeks. Campbell is preparing for a 75-lap feature at the track, one of the longer races the No.6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet will participate in, and his first visit to Tri-County in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series. 

Event Information: Tri-County Speedway 

Series/Race: Late Model Stock Car 75-lap feature 

Practice for late models is scheduled from 3:12 PM ET to 3:22 PM ET and from 4:15 PM ET to 4:25 PM ET. Qualifying begins shortly after the final practice at 5:00 PM ET before racing at 6:30 PM ET. The Late Model feature is the last of the night.

A newcomer to Tri-County Speedway, Campbell has been busy studying the track and training at Rev Racing. “This will be my first time at Tri-County in late models, and I can’t help but feel excitement,” said Campbell. “My goal for this race, like every other, is to push myself to new limits. I hope to continue to learn, grow, and qualify better each time. Qualifying better will set the stage for a better finish, a better chance to showcase my talent.”

Concord, NCAndres Perez gears up for the Menards 250 at Elko Speedway scheduled for June 24th. Fresh off an impressive 4th place finish at Berlin Raceway last weekend, Perez is ready to find his first victory in the ARCA Menards Series (AMS). 

Nascar Cup SeriesPerez’s performance at the Berlin Raceway in the AMS showcased his talent and ability to maneuver through intense competition, ultimately securing him a commendable 4th-place finish. Building on this recent success, Perez is eager to harness his momentum and carry it forward into the Menards 250 while piloting the No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet. 

During preparations leading up to the race, Perez has devoted time to honing his racing techniques, studying the nuances of Elko Speedway, and collaborating closely with his crew to optimize the performance of his racing machine.

The Menards 250 at Elko Speedway promises a thrilling experience as Perez takes to the track for the first time in his career. “I am thrilled to participate in the Menards 250 at Elko Speedway,” expressed Perez. “The competition will be challenging, but I am fully prepared to push myself to the limit and give it my all. The Menards 250 is scheduled for Saturday, where Perez will pilot his No.2 Chevrolet for 250 laps and 94 miles. Practice for the AMS race is scheduled from 4:40 PM ET to 5:30 PM ET before qualifying shortly thereafter at 6:20 PM ET. Concord, NC – Nick Sanchez is gearing up for his first-ever race at the Nashville Super Speedway in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) during the Rackley Roofing 200. Fresh off a top-10 finish at the Worldwide Technology Raceway, Sanchez is ready to pilot the No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet on the 1.3-mile track with support from his Rev Racing team.

During the schedule break, Sanchez has been diligently preparing for his return to the track. His dedication to success, and with support from Rev Racing and Gainbridge continue to push the No.2 Chevrolet closer to the winner’s circle. Staying healthy, sharpening his skills, and fine-tuning the truck have been Sanchez’s and the team’s top priorities.

The Nashville Superspeedway, known for its high-speed straights, promises a race full of talent for fans and participants. Sanchez’s debut at this historic venue adds an extra layer of excitement to the event, as he goes head-to-head with seasoned veterans and strives to make a lasting impression, bringing home Rev’s first win in the NCTS.

“I’m excited to get back to racing,” said Sanchez. “My team and I have reset and we’re ready to attack Friday night.”

The Rackley Roofing 200 is scheduled for Friday, June 23rd where competition will reach top speeds for 150 laps and therefore 200 miles. Practice for the race is set at 4:00 PM ET and just 30 minutes later Sanchez will qualify, competing for the pole position. Driver introductions will begin at 7:35 PM ET and shortly thereafter at 8:00 PM ET, the green flag will wave. The event will be covered on FS1 and Sirius XM with live updates provided on Rev Racing’s social media.

Concord, NC– Jaiden Reyna and Justin Campbell are all set to make their comeback to Florence Motor Speedway. With their sights set on victory, Reyna and Campbell have dedicated countless hours preparing for this event. The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Late Model Development Driver’s will take to the track on Saturday, June 17th, for their shot at the winner’s circle with support from the programs associate sponsor Advance Auto Parts.

Having previously competed at Florence Motor Speedway, both Reyna and Campbell have a deep understanding of the intricacies of the track. In the weeks leading up to the Father’s Day race, Reyna and Campbell have been hard at work, honing their skills and fine-tuning their race cars.

Campbell is coming off an 8th place finish at Florence Motor Speedway and ready to continue to progress towards a win. “Two weeks ago, we had a strong car. Unfortunately, the results did not reflect how good we were,” said Campbell. “Qualifying is something I can improve on, because starting in the middle of the field does me or my team no good. I strongly believe we will have better results when I qualify closer to the front, and I plan for that this weekend. Rev Racing has been hard at work and stuck by my side, it’s time for me to bring home the results.”

Jaiden Reyna

Returning to the late model arena, Jaiden Reyna has been training at Rev in the prior weeks leading up to the race. “I’m really excited to get back on the track at Florence this weekend,” said Reyna. “The tire management there is like no other, and I’m ready to continue to build skills there on the low grip surface.”

Concord, NC– Rev Racing and Andres Perez are gearing up for a weekend at Berlin Raceway as they prepare to compete in the Berlin ARCA 200 on Saturday. This thrilling event marks Perez’s first-time racing at the renowned Michigan track, promising an exciting challenge for the young-talented driver.

Nascar Cup SeriesThis event, part of the ARCA Menards Series (AMS), will put Perez’s skills to the test as he takes on a 200-lap battle against a field of talented competitors on the less than a half mile track. Perez will pilot the No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet, after coming off another top 10 finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway where he finished 7th. Perez has been keeping sharp while racing in Mexico and training with Rev. 

Andres Perez expressed his enthusiasm ahead of his Berlin Raceway debut, stating, “I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to race at Berlin Raceway for the first time. It’s a track with a rich history and unique characteristics that will provide a challenge. I have been preparing extensively, both mentally and physically, and I can’t wait to showcase my skills.”

The ARCA 200 is scheduled for Saturday, June 17th where Perez will compete against competition for 200 laps and 88 miles. Practice is scheduled from 4:00 PM ET to 4:45 PM ET, before qualifying starts at 6:00PM ET. Each car will get two laps to try to secure the pole position before the green flag waves at 8:20 PM ET. Rev Racing Fields Three Promising Drivers in Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway

EloyConcord, NC – Rev Racing proudly announces the participation of three of its rising stars, Eloy Sebastian Lopez Falcon, Caleb Johnson, and Nathan Lyons, in the highly anticipated Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The trio will compete in the Legend Car Series over the next couple of months as part of Rev Racing’s Youth Development Program. 

Rev Racing has a strong track record of identifying and developing promising young drivers, and Falcon, Johnson, and Lyons exemplify the team’s commitment to cultivating the next generation of competitive racers. 

Caleb Johnson, from Denver, Colorado, will pilot his INEX Legend car in the Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway, along with several other Legend Car events. Johnson most recently finished 5th in the Carolina Pro Late Model Series point standings.

Nathan Lyons, from Concord, NC, for the first time in 2023 season, will pilot his U.S. Legends Car in the Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway, along with several other Legend Car events throughout the season. Lyons began racing a Bandolero Car at age 12. He first competed at Winter Heat in 2022 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, where in his first race he finished 9th and 8th in his second race.

Eloy Sebastian Lopez Falcon, from Oaxaca, Mexico, will also pilot his INEX Legend car in the Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the first time with the team. The 17-year-old is the 2022 NASCAR Truck Series México champion. 

The Legend Car Series, a platform for emerging talents, is the perfect arena for Eloy, Caleb, and Nathan to develop their abilities. Rev Racing firmly believes that this series will provide these drivers with invaluable experience, exposure, and the chance to further develop their skills as they embark on their journey towards NASCAR.

SEBASTIAN ARIAS RETURNS TO SONOMA RACEWAY

Sebastian Arias Returns To Sonoma Raceway


June 7, 2023 (Concord, NC) Sebastian Arias is heading back to wine country this week to compete in the General Tire 200, at the Sonoma Raceway, in his #2 Rev Racing Chevrolet, sponsored by BradyIFS, one of the nation’s premier distributors of food services and janitorial products, as well as Betco and Rubbermaid Commercial Products.

Sebastian is excited to partner with Rev Racing, as the 2022 ARCA Menards Championship winning team has proven they have what it takes to run up front consistently and that is where Sebastian wants to be.  Sebastian said, “I have been working hard on the simulator and was out at Sonoma Raceway testing in some other cars a few months ago to prepare for this race and I feel great.”

Arias CarSebastian will be competing against a stacked field this time around, with no less than six competitors from the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series scheduled to compete.  Driver’s Ryan Preece, Cole Custer, Sammy Smith, Riley Herbst, Kyle Sieg and Parker Retzlaff will all be in the hunt for a win.  Cole Custer finished second last week in the ARCA Menards Series West race at the Portland International Raceway and the next day he won the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at the same track, proving that the ARCA Menards Series West is not only a proving ground for future stars of NASCAR, but where its current stars look for quality experience to prepare for their upcoming races in the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Rev Racing heads West to Sonoma Raceway

Concord, NC– Rev Racing is headed to the ARCA Menards Series West (AMS West) for the first time this season. Rev will field two drivers, Jack Wood who will pilot the No.6 Velocity Chevrolet, and for the first time, Sebastian Arias who will pilot No.2 BradyIFS, RubberMaid, and Betco Chevrolet in the General Tire 200.

Nascar Cup SeriesJack Wood is determined for a satisfactory finish at Sonoma Raceway, a track he considers home. Wood, returning to the track with Rev Racing for the sixth time in his partial season, is looking forward to this weekend’s activities. Wood has raced at Sonoma across multiple different series, including the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, K&N West, Trans-AM, and finally the AMS West series, where he was able to secure a 4th place finish in 2022. 

“Sonoma is only about an hour from where I grew up, so it’s my home track as far as NASCAR circuits are considered,” said Wood. “I’ve been lucky enough to race there a few timesand I’ve been able to get the win. Hopefully, we can replicate that this weekend and earn a win for Rev in the AMS West series. I really want to get this win for not only me, but everyone at the Rev shop. I know we’ll have speed, so by the end, hopefully we can park it in victory lane.” 

This will be Sebastian Arias debut with Rev Racing, and the first of his two race commitment with the team. Arias hopes to use his previous seat time in the AMS, Legend Car and Late Model Series to find success in Sonoma. Arias is eager to further elevate his career and make a lasting impression under the guidance and support of Rev Racing.

Practice for late models is scheduled to begin at 1:30 PM ET with qualifying starting shortly thereafter at 5:15PM ET, where drivers will get 3 laps around the track.
Features start at 8:00 PM EST (5th race of the night)

Justin Campbell

Campbell is ready for another shot at the historic Florence Motor Speedway and has been steadily improving and learning over the course of the season. “I’m looking forward to being back at Florence,” said Campbell.

Campbell is no newcomer to Florence stating “Without a doubt I have struggled at Florence since my debut at this track. However, I have improved a lot with speed and consistency. My team and driving coaches continue to help me become better and better. We’re getting closer to a win.”
