Andres Perez de Lara is leading the AMS standings and continues his consistency, having finished inside the top 5 seven times so far this season. Last season, Perez made his dirt racing debut at the Southern Illinois 100 and was able to finish P.4. “ Duquoin was my first time on dirt and I am more confident going into this race than I was last year” said Perez. “This is the second dirt race of the season; luck wasn’t on our side during the first one, so I am hoping to redeem the No.2 Max Siegel Chevrolet team.”

In his first national AMS season, Scott is currently P.2 in the standings. Last week at the Milwaukee Mile, Scott started in the back of the field after post-qualifying adjustments, he was able to make his way through the field and finish P.3. Scott’s background is in dirt racing, and he placed the No.6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet P.5 in his AMS dirt debut. “I am excited to be back on dirt in the AMS,” said Scott. “Having diverse

Arca Menards Series 2024: Arca Menards Series General Tire 150 March 08

“My mission this weekend is redemption,” said Perez. Last season, Perez secured the pole position and led 43 laps at Michigan International Raceway. Around lap 91, mechanical failure ended the race early for Perez, he ultimately finished 17th. “It was frustrating least season, but it happens, and the entire No.2 Max Siegel Chevrolet team is ready for another chance at victory lane.” Perez currently leads the point standings in the ARCA Menards Series (AMS) and has finished inside the top 5 in the past four events, including his best finish of P.2.

Perez will then compete at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, the first AMS race of the year on dirt. Last season, Perez qualified 12th at the track before battling his way through the field and finishing P.2 for his dirt debut. “I surprised myself last season,” said Perez. “I had never competed on dirt before, however with the coaching of the Rev Racing team I was able to secure P.2.” With more confidence this season, Perez continues to compete for his career-first win.

In his first national AMS season, Scott will debut at Michigan International Speedway after an extremely close finish last week at Elko Speedway. Scott led 100 laps before losing the lead on the last restart and securing P.2 by 0.001 seconds. “Last weekend was heartbreaking, but I learned invaluable lessons,” said Scott. “I’m ready to get back to the track and continue showcasing Rev Racing’s hard work.” Currently, Scott holds 2nd in the AMS standings, 44 points behind teammate Perez.

Chevrolet,” said Scott. “Dirt is where I began racing and I am ready to see how we perform. We have two chances to redeem ourselves this weekend and a win would be game changing.”

This will be Lyon’s first visit to Wake County Speedway. “ I am excited to get back racing with Rev,” said Lyons. “Racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway has been keeping me sharp, but I am ready to continue learning and adapting to new tracks.”

LaQuan McCoy Jr: McCoy has also been competing at the Cookout Summer Shootout apart from Rev Racing. This will not be McCoy’s first visit to Wake County Speedway, having competed there in Bandoleros. “ I have raced at Wake County in a Bandolero but I haven’t in a Legends car,” said McCoy. “However, I am ready to learn and adapt to the Legend car on the track and deliver results.”

Cassidy Keitt: Keitt has been continuing her training in the Rev Racing shop. Keitt is arguably the Rev Racing’s Youth Development Driver with the most experience at Wake County Speedway, having earned three top five finishes at the track. “I feel very confident going into this week,” said Keitt. “I know the track well enough, and I know what the car should field like on the track.”

The Legend Car Series serves as an essential platform for emerging talents like Lyons, McCoy, and Keitt, providing them with invaluable experience, exposure, and the chance to refine their skills. Race enthusiasts can catch all the action live on Floracing.com, with updates available on Rev Racing’s social media channels.
