CABRE AND GARCIA JR. CONTINUE THEIR CHAMPIONSHIP PUSH AT THE MAGIC MILE

Concord, NC (Jul. 19, 2019)  This Saturday, Rev Racing drivers will return to New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (NKNPSE) 7th race of the year.

Both Development Drivers are looking to improve on their finishes at the “Magic”. Rev Racing drivers Ruben Garcia Jr. and Chase Cabre are both looking to prepare themselves for a championship push beginning this weekend.

Rubén García Jr. (No. 6 UTI/MSI Toyota): Garcia looks to turn around a season that’s been riddled with misfortune. With a 12th place average finish in two starts at New Hampshire Garcia will hope to gain momentum in his NKNPSE season along with better luck at NHMS.

“I am very excited that the LONG break is finally over,” says Garcia Jr. “It’s time to go back on the K&N series schedule. My team has worked so hard during the break to make my #6 Universal Technical Institute/ Max Siegel Inc. Camry faster so we can take it back to Victory lane.”

Chase Cabre (No. 4 Honda Generators/E3 Toyota): 22-year-old, Chase Cabre, will return to NHMS for the third year and 4th start at the track. Cabre has two top-10 finishes in New Hampshire. In 2018, Cabre raced to 2 8th place finishes at the track. At New Hampshire Cabre holds an average of 10th in his NHMS starts. Cabre currently has 4 top-10 finishes in the NKNPSE season including a win at Memphis last month.

“New Hampshire has not been a great track for us in the past,” says Cabre. “Hopefully with the good momentum from Memphis we can capitalize and keep the Honda Generators/E3 #4 Toyota Camry out front to stay in the close championship battle that we’re in.”

Both drivers are maintaining top 10 points standing positions in the NKNPSE. Chase is currently 3rd in points and Ruben is currently 9th. The duo will begin track activities begin Friday with group qualifying at 7:05 p.m., followed by the autograph session at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, and the NASCAR K&N Pro Series United Services 70 at 6:45 p.m.
