Owner, Jennifer Satterfield-Siegel

An Indianapolis native and resident, Satterfield-Siegel is a prominent pediatric dentist in her hometown as the owner and head dentist at Special Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. Since 2009, she has made a national impact with her involvement in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity program. She and her husband, Max Siegel, co-own and manage Rev Racing.

As NASCAR continues to diversify its landscape, Satterfield-Siegel looks for ways to increase opportunities for diverse drivers and pit crew members. Being the first African-American female NASCAR touring series car owner and sponsor has allowed her to impact an entire sport and culture.

In 2015, Satterfield-Siegel sponsored the No. 42 Special Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Toyota, driven by Jay Beasley and Sergio Pena, earning four top-5s, eight top-10s and one win at Virginia International Raceway. She also owned the No. 2 UTI/NTI Toyota car driven by Collin Cabre, who garnered one win, two top-5’s and three top-10s in 2015.

Being a trailblazer is nothing new to Satterfield-Siegel. Many times voted the top pediatric dentist in Indianapolis, her volunteer and business accomplishments have been recognized by the March of Dimes, Links Inc., the Indianapolis Business Journal, Jack and Jill of America, and the Coalition of Black Women, among many others.

As Satterfield-Siegel’s success rate continues to soar, she is focused on providing the same opportunities for others to pave their way as well. She will continue to manage the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development class and Pit Crew Development Program, while serving children and special needs patients at her practice in Indianapolis.
