Rev Racing and Nick Sanchez Returning to Richmond Raceway
August 9th, 2024
Concord, NC- After a three-week hiatus, Nick Sanchez and Rev Racing are set to return to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) for the Clean Harbors 250 at the iconic Richmond Raceway. The event, on Saturday, August 10th, will run in conjunction with the NASCAR Cup Series and is the last race of the season before the playoffs round of 10. The round of 10 will feature three races as Sanchez competes to remain in contention for the championship 4.
Sanchez currently holds 4th place in the NCTS point standings with the No. 2 Gainbridge Chevrolet and has led 72 laps this season. Following a 10th-place finish at IRP last week, where he qualified 11th, Sanchez is eager for another win. “We’re excited to return to the track with Rev Racing and Gainbridge,” said Sanchez. “Richmond is always a thrilling race that tests our race strategy to the fullest. I’m confident in our team’s ability to perform well and secure another win on a different type of track.”
Practice for the Clean Harbors 250 is scheduled for 2:30 PM ET, with qualifying to follow at 3:00 PM ET. The race will commence with the green flag at 7:30 PM ET, featuring 250 laps and 187.5 miles of racing. Fans can catch all the excitement live on FS1, MRN, and Rev Racing’s social media channels.
