Rev Racing Heads to “Historic” Hickory Motor Speedway

CONCORD, N.C. – Rev Racing is set to field Nathan Lyons and Cassidy Keitt, this weekend, at Hickory Motor Speedway (HMS) on March 29, 2025. Both drivers will compete in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series (NAAPWS) – Smart Electric Night at the Races Twin 40s.

Qualifying: 5:00 PM (2 Laps)
Racing Begins: 7:00 PM (Twin 40s)

Nathan Lyons – No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet
Fifteen-year-old Nathan Lyons will take to the track this weekend with a few races under his belt, after beginning his rookie season at HMS. He has previously completed two successful seasons in the U.S. Legend Cars with Rev Racing. At the beginning of March, Lyons finished with two top-10 finishes at HMS. “I am excited to get back to Hickory this weekend,” said Lyons. “I think we can continue to build on our first trip to Hickory and focus on making gains.”

Cassidy Keitt – No. 8 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet
Following her first season with Rev Racing in the U.S. Legend Car Series, Cassidy Keitt will make her second trip to HMS this March. “I feel like each time we go to a returning track we gain more experience,” said Keitt. “I am building confidence and hope our results showcase that this weekend.”
The Smart Electric Night at the Races presented by Smart Electric Company Inc.

Buice is also racing in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock (LMSC) Series in conjunction with her Rev Racing obligations. Buice concluded her 2024 Late Model season with Rev Racing with a podium finish at Southern Nationals Motorsports Park and hopes to find similar finishes throughout the weekend. “I’m beyond thankful for the chance to race with Rev in the #2 Late Model Stock at Southern National this week,” said Buice. “It’s the perfect opportunity to gain valuable seat time and learn as much as I can. I can’t wait to see what we can do together this week!”
In the 2025 season, Nathan Lyons made his return to the Rev Racing roster for the third time. He made his debut in a Late Model Stock participating in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series at Hickory Motor Speedway on March 1st. Lyons garnered a top-10 finish for the team in his first Late. Model outing. Rev Racing will continue to provide guidance and experiential opportunities for Lyons in the 2025 season.
