Rev Racing takes on Tri-County Speedway


Concord, NC- Nathan Lyons and Cassidy Keitt will head to Tri-County Speedway with Rev Racing for this weekend’s Tri-County Race Night. Racing will take place on May 31st, with practice at 2:30 p.m. and 3:39 p.m., qualifying at 4:55 p.m., and the race starting at 6:30 p.m.

This weekend will be Nathan Lyons’ first time racing Tri-County Speedway. Lyons is in his third season with Rev Racing as a rookie driver racing Late Model Stock Cars in 2025. During 2024, while racing in the U.S. Legend Car Series, Lyons earned 34 top 10s, 25 top 5s, 11 podium finishes, and 2 wins.  “I am looking forward to heading to Tri-County Speedway this Saturday to learn a new track,” said Lyons. “While carrying on the momentum from our great weekend at Wake County. I can’t thank Rev Racing and Max Siegel enough for all they do for me and can’t wait to compete in their No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet.”

Cassidy Keitt will be making laps around Tri-County for the first time in her rookie late model season. Keitt is in her second year with Rev Racing, but in her first season racing Late Model Stock in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series. In 2024, Keitt garnered a podium finish at Carraway Speedway while racing in her third season in the U.S. Legend Car Series. “This weekend I’m back behind the wheel of the No. 8 Late Model Stock, taking on a brand new track I’ve never raced before,” said Keitt. “I’m pumped to gain more experience, learn the layout, and see what the Rev team and I can accomplish.”

Rev Racing will field full-time ARCA Menards Series driver Lavar Scott and rookie Lanie Buice for their home-town race this weekend

Concord, NC-  Lavar Scott, Lanie Buice, and Rev Racing are preparing for the ARCA Menards Series (AMS) event at Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend in the General Tire 150, the sixth race of the 2025 AMS season. Buice will compete in the No. 2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet while full-time AMS driver Lavar Scott will continue in the No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet. On May 23rd, the two will speed around the 1.5-mile paved tri-oval track, for 100 laps.

Kj1 7956Scott will race around Charlotte Motor Speedway for the second time in his career, almost exactly a year after his first race there. He sped into a 5th place finish last year after qualifying 7th. Scott is coming off a 5th place finish at Kansas Speedway which earned him 39 points. He is currently tied for 2nd in overall AMS points with 157, just 1 point behind the leader. 

“This is a very big weekend for us, obviously being with Rev we have had great speed the last 2 years and it’s a home race,” said Scott. “So, with all of that comes a lot of excitement for me. We’ve worked extremely hard for this race knowing how important it is and I’m excited to get out on the track.”

Lanie Buice, who is a second-year returning development driver for Rev Racing, drove a Late Model in 2024 and looks tosplit her time between Late Model and select AMS events in 2025. She will be competing in her third AMS race this season. This will be her first run at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The rookie has shown great promise, with two 8th-place finishes at Rockingham Speedway and Kansas Speedway to begin her AMS career. 

“I’m super excited and thankful to be racing at Charlotte this weekend with Rev Racing,” said Buice. “It’s an incredible opportunity, and I look forward to continuing to use everything I’ve learned to be better this weekend! We had a great run at Kansas, and I’m hoping to keep that progress going!”

The weekend will begin with final practice set to take place on Friday, May 23rd at 1:30 p.m. ET and the General Tire Pole qualifying session will start at 2:30 p.m. ET. The green flag for the General Tire 150 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which can be seen live on FS1, drops the same evening, May 23rd at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Nathan Lyons and Cassidy Keitt are Excited for Their First Race at Wake County Speedway with Rev Racing

LmpicConcord, NC- Cassidy Keitt, Nathan Lyons, and Rev Racing will travel to Raleigh, N.C. for this weekend’s Capital City 165, presented by Lamco Homes. They will take on the .25-mile oval track at Wake County Speedway. The weekend starts with an optional practice beginning at 12:00 p.m. ET and then a controlled practice at 6:30 p.m. ET. Qualifying begins at 7:34 p.m. ET followed by the green flag at 8:30 p.m. ET.

Lyons is in his third season with Rev Racing as a rookie driver racing Late Model Stock Cars in 2025. He will be racing at Wake County Speedway for the first time in his young career. Lyons is coming off a skillful performance at Hickory Motor Speedway this past weekend, where he earned two top-5 finishes, placing 3rd and 4th in the two races. “This is going to be my first time at Wake County Speedway,” shared Lyons. “I am looking forward to learning the new track and keeping my top-5 streak alive.”

Cassidy Keitt

Team: No. 8 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet 

Cassidy Keitt is in her second year driving with Rev Racing and first year racing in the Late Model Stock division in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Series. She raced in a US Legends Car last year and garnered 12 top 10s, 4 top 5s, and a podium finish at Caraway Speedway. Just like Lyons, she will be racing at Wake County for the first time in her career. “I’m really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of the No. 8 Late Model this weekend!” Exclaimed Keitt. “It’ll be my first time at Wake County Speedway, so I’m excited to take on a new track, learn some things, and keep gaining experience.”

Rev Racing Looks to Continue Recent Success at Kansas Speedway

Rev Racing will field full-time ARCA Menards Series driver Lavar Scott and rookie driver Lanie Buice for her second career ARCA Menards Series start

Concord, NC-  Rev Racing will field two drivers in this weekend’s ARCA Menards Series (AMS) Tide 150 event at Kansas Speedway. Full-time AMS driver Lavar Scott will pilot the No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet along with Lanie Buice who will be making her second career AMS start in the No. 2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet. The Tide 150 is the fourth race of the 2025 AMS season. Scott and Buice will prepare to take on the 1.5-mile paved tri-oval in Kansas City, Kan. on May 9th, 2025, for 100 laps. 

Kj1 7931The Tide 150 will be Scott’s fourth time racing at Kansas Speedway. In his last outing in Kansas, Scott fought for a 3rd place finish after qualifying 8th. Scott is off to a strong start this season as he leads the AMS in point standings, boasting 118 points through three races. Scott is coming off an impressive showing at Talladega where he qualified 3rd and finished 6th place. 

“I’m very excited for Kansas this weekend, this is a track I always have circled on my calendar for the year,” said Scott. “We have had good speed here in the past but just bad luck. I am preparing with my rev team for all situations and I know we will be good!”



Kj1 8026Lanie Buice, who is a second-year returning development driver for Rev Racing, drove a Late Model
in 2024 and looks to split her time between Late Model and select AMS events in 2025. Buice will compete in her second career AMS race. In her first AMS start at Rockingham in April, Buice qualified 5th and garnered an 8th place finish. From 2017 to 2020, Buice amassed 91 go-kart wins, with 23 straight victories during her final season. In 2023, Buice ran in the Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series at Florence Motor Speedway, earning 12 top 5s and 18 top 10s while securing a second place finish in overall points. She was selected to be a part of the NASCAR Driver Development Program in 2024 and ran late models for Rev Racing. Buice finished her 2024 season with a podium finish with Rev Racing at Southern Nationals Motorsports Park. Buice is also running the Cars Tour in conjunction with her Rev Racing schedule. This past weekend at Ace Speedway, Buice became the highest-finishing female in CARS Tour history in Late Model Stocks with her 4th place finish. In the same race, she became the first female to ever lead laps on the CARS Tour in Late Model Stocks as well.

“I’m very excited to race on the national level for the first time,” shared Buice. “It’s going to be a challenge and not easy. I just need to take what I learned from my first race and apply it to this race while also improving on the mistakes I made.”

The weekend will kickoff with an optional pre-race practice on Friday, May 9th at 8:30 am CT. Final practice sessions will take place at 4:00 pm CT, followed by the General Tire Pole Qualifying at 5:00 pm CT. The green flag will drop for the start of the Tide 150, broadcast on FS1, at 7:00 pm CT.

Rev Racing and Nathan Lyons prepare for the upcoming event this weekend at Hickory Motor Speedway to compete in the Second Annual Shriners 100 presented by Catawba/Gaston County Shriners. The race will commence on May 10th at 7:00 pm ET, with practice at 2:00 pm ET and qualifying at 5:00 pm ET.

In his most recent run at HMS on March 29th, Lyons garnered a 3rd place finish. “I am excited for my third weekend at Hickory,” said Lyons. “I’m looking to improve upon my third place finish last time I was up there and get into victory lane this weekend.”

Concord, NC- Rev Racing will head to Hickory Motor Speedway with drivers, Cassidy Keitt and Nathan Lyons for this weekend’s United Sewing Machine Sales Night at the Races presented by compleat KiDZ. Racing will take place on May 3rd, with practice at 2:00 pm, qualifying at 5:00 pm and race start at 7:00 pm.

Nathan Lyons will be making his third trip to HMS this weekend. Lyons is in his third season with Rev Racing as a rookie driver racing Late Model Stock Cars in 2025. He made his debut participating in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series at Hickory Motor Speedway on March 1st where he qualified 10th and had two top 10 finishes at 8th and 9th place. He competed, again, on March 29th garnering a 3rd place finish.  “I am excited to get back to Hickory this weekend,” said Nathan Lyons. “We had a good finish there the last time we raced and hopeful we can carry that momentum into the weekend. I am learning something new from every experience and remain focused on growth and results. Improvement each time is the goal.”


Cassidy Keitt

Team: No. 8 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet 

Cassidy Keitt also debuted in a Late Model Stock in the NASCAR Advanced Auto Parts Series at Hickory Motor Speedway on March 1st earning a top-10 finish. On March 29th, she returned to Hickory, finishing 6th. “I’m beyond excited to get back behind the wheel of the number 8 Late Model this weekend,” said Keitt. “The first part of this season is to get experience, listen, communicate feedback and improve. I can’t wait to keep learning and continue making progress. I am hopeful for a good race and results.”
