NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program
The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program aligns drivers with a team of executives, athletic directors, crew chiefs and mentors tasked with helping them achieve career successes, and thus improving their goal of reaching one of the NASCAR national series.
Since Rev Racing began fielding cars for the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program in 2010, the program been one of the most consistent teams in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, registering 19 wins, 88 top-five and 199 top-10 finishes with drivers finishing top-10 in points each season.
Rev Racing builds a training program that focuses on more than driver competition, training drivers on media, branding, self-promotion, sponsor relations and health and wellness.
The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program aims to connect to talented drivers at the earliest entry point as possible. This starts with the youth development program that fields Legend cars in local races/shootouts during the summer months. Drivers who show promise will become candidates for Rev Racing’s Late Model and K&N East driver programs.
