NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program

The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program aligns drivers with a team of executives, athletic directors, crew chiefs and mentors tasked with helping them achieve career successes, and thus improving their goal of reaching one of the NASCAR national series.

Since Rev Racing began fielding cars for the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program in 2010, the program been one of the most consistent teams in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (now the ARCA Menards Series), registering 26 wins, 119 top 5s, and 232 top 10 finishes, with drivers finishing in the top 10 in points in every season. Rev Racing holds two Championship titles in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East/ARCA Menards Series, with Kyle Larson in 2012 and most recently with Nick Sanchez in 2022.

Rev Racing builds a training program that focuses on more than driver competition, training drivers on media, branding, self-promotion, sponsor relations and health and wellness.

The NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program aims to connect to talented drivers at the earliest entry point as possible. This starts with the youth development program that fields Legend cars in local races/shootouts during the summer months. Drivers who show promise will become candidates for Rev Racing’s Late Model, ARCA Menards Series and Truck Series driver programs.
