Concord, NC – ARCA Menards Series rookie Nick Sanchez, driver of the No. 2 Max Siegel Incorporated Chevrolet, will make his first road-course start of the season at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, in Lexington, Ohio.

Sanchez, 19, has shown impressive consistency, finishing in the Top 5 in 3 of his last 4 races, along with being 4th in the ARCA Menards Series points standings. Last weekend at Charlotte, Sanchez ran P2 for the majority of the race—even challenging championship favorite Ty Gibbs for the lead at times—until a cut tire on the last lap left him with a P5 finish.

“Charlotte was probably the best race of the season for us as a team,” says Sanchez. “We were running up top all day, showing consistent speed until a cut tire put a damper on our day. On the last lap too! Even though we finished P5, I really don’t think that showcases our potential, and just how hard we work over at Rev Racing. We’ll take it, but we aren’t satisfied.”

As it stands, Sanchez is 4th in the season standings, 72 points behind Thad Moffit, Ty Gibbs, and Corey Heim.

Sanchez is Rev Racing’s most seasoned driver, in his fourth year as a participant in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver Development Program. This is his first year in the ARCA Menards Series, coming off a successful rookie campaign in the ARCA Menards Series East, where he finished 3rd in the point standings.

On June 4th, Sanchez and Rev Racing will head to the midwest to historic Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for the Dawn 150. The race will span 42 laps, and will air on FS1 with a live stream available on Fox Sports Go beginning at 6 p.m. ET. A radio broadcast can also be heard on MRN or SiriusXM (XM channel 391, online channel 981).
