RIF could find no better partner in Charlotte, N.C. to support our Multicultural Literacy Campaign than the Drive for Diversity initiative, which shares RIF’s goal of reaching out to young people in minority communities. Drive for Diversity is NASCAR’s top corporate initiative bringing minority and female drivers to the racing circuit. The goal of the initiative is to diversify NASCAR’s competitor and audience base, introducing a new generation of race fans to the sport.
