Nascar Cup SeriesThis will be Perez’s and Scott’s first visit to Iowa Speedway. Both development drivers are focused on finishing strong, using skills they have learned this season in AMS and AMS East. Perez most recently finished 5th at Elko Speedway in the last oval race in AMS. Meanwhile, Scott is using momentum from his career-best finish at Flat Rock Speedway where he brought home 2nd

“Every new race is an opportunity to push the limits of our potential,” said Perez. “Mechanical issues resulted in a finish that didn’t show our capability during mid-Ohio, but this has fueled our determination for a win.” Perez expressed enthusiasm “I always enjoy racing at new tracks, especially ones with history. I always learn something new.”

Scott has received a boost of confidence after his finish at Flat Rock, and with that, the No.6 team is hungry for victory lane.
