ER8V8530Concord, NC (April 15, 2016) – Rev Racing returns to action on Saturday, April 16, for the PittLite 125 at Bristol Motor Speedway. In what will be the first companion race of the season, Rev Racing will make their way to the track in hopes of taming the world’s fastest ½ mile. With a good start to the season, drivers will look to capitalize on the experiences and seat time they have had in the 2016 season start and look for top–finishes in race number four. This weekend will also showcase Rev Racing alumni, Kyle Larson, Daniel Suarez and Darrell Wallace Jr. in the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series.

 

Collin Cabre (No. 2 UTI/NTI Toyota) – Collin Cabre will head into this weekend ranked 10th in the points. Cabre had an 11th place finish at Greenville, after qualifying 8th. Cabre continues to work closely with his crew to improve his on-track performance, with a determined focus of a top-5 finish.

 

Jairo Avila (No. 42 Brialle Battery/Autism Society of East TN Toyota) – Avila, finishing 12th in Greenville, hopes to lock in a top finish at this weekend’s PittLite 125. With solid qualifying results, Avila has shown that he is a contender in this series. This week, Avila and teammates, will be partnering with the Autism Society of East TN in honor of autism awareness month. The Autism Society of East TN will bring a group of 25 staff members, children and parents to meet and greet Rev Racing drivers.

 

Ali Kern (No. 4  Max Siegel, Inc. Toyota) – Kern, driver of the Max Siegel, Inc. Toyota finished 18th in Greenville. A first-timer to Bristol, Kern will lean on her crew and teammates for advice and support. Kern is also hoping her experience at Winchester Speedway and Salem Speedway will help with the high banking and speed of this track.

 

Ruben Garcia (No. 6 Special Smiles Toyota) – In 2014, Garcia made his debut at Bristol in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Although he did not garner the finish he was looking for, this track time will be instrumental in taming the challenges this oval has to offer. Garcia and crew are aiming to bounce back after a 19th place finish at Greenville.Group qualifying for the PittLite 125 will be on Friday April 15th at 7:30pm and the race will be on Saturday, April 16th at 4:30 pm.
