August 2, 2023

Concord, NC- Coming off his best finish with Rev Racing, Andres Perez de Lara is determined to secure his place in victory lane. Finishing 3rd at Pocono Raceway, Perez has the momentum to secure Rev’s first ARCA win of the season at Michigan International Speedway in the upcoming Henry Ford 200.

Img 0773Perez will pilot the No.2 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet for 100 laps and over 200 miles on the Michigan track, famous for allowing drivers and their machines to reach high speeds. “The team and I were able to bring home our best finish this season at a 2.5-mile track, so I am confident that, using what we have learned this season, we will finish where we need to in Michigan,” said Perez. “I have never been on these tracks before, so I am constantly learning, seeing how the car feels, and improving all while battling against the talent in the ARCA Menards Series (AMS). We’re so close to a win.”

Perez has proven to be a force on the track this season, only finishing outside the top ten once and remaining within the top five 50% of the time. The Henry Ford 200 is scheduled for Friday, August 4th. Final practice begins at 1:30 PM ET to 2:15 PM ET before qualifying at 2:30 PM ET. The command for Perez to start the engine of the No.2 Chevrolet will be given at 6:05 PM ET before the green flag marks the beginning of the competition at 6:12 PM ET. The race will be live on FS1, Floracing.com, and Rev social media.
