Concord, NC- Rev Racing and Nick Sanchez are headed to the World Wide Technology Raceway(WWTR) in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series(NCTS). The Toyota 200 is paired with the NASCAR Cup Series for this weekend’s doubleheader.

The No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet team is coming off its 2nd win of the season, after Sanchez qualified 16th before battling through the field for the win at Charlotte Motor Speedway. “This past weekend we were able to finally earn that second win,” said Sanchez. “Charlotte is the team’s home track and being able to celebrate my car chief’s, Chris Showalter, 700th truck start with a win was even better. However, we are switching our focus and strategy to the shorter WWTR. We have two wins now on a 1.5-mile and 2.5-mile track. I hope to now show our competitiveness on this mile and a quarter.” Last season, Sanchez was able to qualify 9th at WWTR and finished in 8th.

Sanchez will join the competition on Friday, May 31st, at 6:05 PM ET for a 20-minute qualifying session, followed by one lap qualifying at 6:35 PM ET. The start of the 160-lap and 200-mile race is set for 1:30 PM ET on Saturday, June 1st. The entire event will be live on FS1, MRN, and Rev Racing social media.
