May 16th, 2024

Concord, NC- Rev Racing and Nick Sanchez are poised to maintain their momentum as they prepare for the Wright Brand 250 at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Sanchez will take on the 250-lap event behind the wheel of the No.2 Gainbridge Chevrolet in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS).

Coming off an impressive performance at Darlington Raceway, Sanchez enters the upcoming weekend with confidence. Despite starting from the back of the field due to post-qualifying repairs, Sanchez maneuvered his way to a P.2 finish. This showing coincided with NASCAR’s throwback weekend, where Sanchez piloted a throwback scheme commemorating the 20th anniversary of the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Program.

This marks Sanchez’s second appearance at North Wilkesboro Speedway, following his debut at the track last season in the 2023 NCTS. Despite encountering mechanical issues that disrupted his performance, Sanchez remains undeterred.

Reflecting on the team’s recent achievements, Sanchez remarked “Last week, we demonstrated the strength of our program by securing the pole position and earning a P.2 finish,” Sanchez remarked. “While our previous visit to North Wilkesboro didn’t meet our expectations, I hope to carry our momentum forward and aim for a strong finish. With the support of the No.2 team, I am confident that we will contend up front.”

The Wright Brand 250 is set to coincide with the NASCAR Cup Series All-Star Weekend. Practice sessions kick off at 3:00 PM ET on Friday, May 17th, followed by qualifying on Saturday, May 18th, at 10:35 AM ET, leading up to the green flag at 1:30 PM ET.
