Lavar Scott, driver of the No. 6 Max Siegel Inc. Chevrolet SS set to make his 14th start of the 2025 ARCA Menards Series Season
Illinois State Fair Goes Racing … The Illinois State Fairgrounds will host the first of two dirt track races on the 2025 ARCA Menard’s Series (AMS) schedule this weekend. Lavar Scott, a full-time AMS driver with Rev Racing, will make the trip to Springfield, Ill. to pilot the Springfield ARCA 100 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Rev Racing’s weekend will begin on Sunday, August 17th with practice at 10:00 a.m. CT. The General Tire Pole Qualifying session is slated for 11:15 a.m. CT, with the race beginning at 1:00 p.m. CT.
Season to Date … The Springfield ARCA 100 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds is Scott’s 14th AMS start of the season. Last week at Watkins Glen, Scott rolled to a 10th-place finish after qualifying 8th. This season, he has 8 top-5 finishes while finishing in the top-10 in all but one of his races. Scott’s best race of the season occurred at Charlotte Motor Speedway, where Scott finished 3rd after qualifying 9th for the General Tire 150. Scott began the 2025 campaign with three top-5 qualifications at Daytona, Phoenix, and Talladega, while finishing top-6 in all three races.
