We are delighted to announce that Max Siegel, CEO of the United States Track & Field (USATF)
and owner of Rev Racing, has been named one of the most influential business leaders in the
arts, entertainment, and hospitality division by the Indiana Business Journal. This prestigious
recognition is a testament to his exceptional leadership and dedication to the sport of racing
and its diverse community.
Over the last two decades, he has left an indelible mark on the sport of racing, creating
meaningful opportunities for over 125 diverse and female drivers, and empowering more than
100 diverse and female pit crew members. His commitment to fostering inclusion and diversity
is further exemplified by providing opportunities to more than 20 interns, numerous
disadvantaged youths, diverse vendors, scholarship recipients, and young professionals. Many
of those individuals now hold key positions at the sport’s highest level, a testament to the
impact of Siegel’s mentorship and support.
