Board of Directors, Chair
Max Siegel is responsible for leading the Board and focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the Team’s business and setting high standards. Sets goals and objectives for the board and ensures that they are met. He also plays a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the Board and individual Directors, both inside and outside the board room.
Board of Directors, Vice-Chair
Jennifer Satterfield-Siegel will assist the board chair in the execution of his duties. Satterfield-Siegel will serve on committees as requested to further elevate the operations of the board. She will work closely with the board chair to transfer knowledge and ideation to prepare for leadership.
Max Siegel II
Board of Directors, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Max Siegel II will oversee the development and implementation of programs that promote diversity within Rev Racing. Siegel will work with leadership to develop new programs, partnership alignments, educational opportunities and best practices that effectively increase diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization to further fulfill the mission to provide training and opportunities for women and minorities in the driver’s seat, on pit crews and careers within the NASCAR industry.
Board of Directors, Chair of Community Outreach and Philanthropy
Madeline Siegel will serve as the board leader who is responsible for community outreach and philanthropic alignment efforts for Rev Racing. She will work cohesively with leadership to identify opportunities and interest in specific, relatable community projects and meaning partnerships. Siegel will also develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies surrounding outreach to maintain the program’s mission and growth trajectory.
Board of Directors, Marketing, Lifestyle Brand Management
Matthew Siegel will serve as the board leader who is charged with creating awareness and promoting the program mission, race team and its drivers. Siegel will work with leadership to develop unique and innovative strategies on how to communicate the program’s mission and objectives to its target audience and potential partners. He will also focus on the development of marketing strategies in regards to lifestyle branding, team apparel, ambassador and influencer relationships, and content creation.
